You may have noticed something a little different in your inbox lately — and we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect.
We’ve recently introduced the Worksorted Client Portal, a new secure way for us to send you important documents. Rather than attaching files to an email, we’ll now send you a link that takes you to your own private portal. It’s faster, safer, and keeps your sensitive information protected.
Here’s how it works:
When we have a document ready for you, you’ll receive an email containing a secure link. The email address will be from Virtue Wealth <notification@worksorted.com>
Simply follow these steps:
- Click the link in the email — this is genuinely from us, so there’s no need to worry.
- Enter your mobile number and email address to verify it’s you.
- Enter your surname on the next page to complete the verification.
That’s it — you’ll then have access to your documents, safe and sound.
This will also be the way we send you documents to digitally sign, rather than via DocusSign which is what we’ve been using in the past.
Is this a scam? Absolutely not. We know that extra verification steps can feel unfamiliar, but this process is designed to protect you. Only someone who knows your details can access your documents.
